I have been on hold on the phone for over an hour now. ![]() I tried to set up an account with them so that I could view past summaries but their online tool is broken and won't work. My bad for not checking sooner, but this is a scam. They have likely been doing this the entire time I have lived here. I just saw my new bill and found out they have been charging me for the current month, PLUS THE PREVIOUS MONTH… EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID EVERY MONTH IN FULL. My bill since then went down to $250 a month… okay, a little better but still outrageous. I called them and they said they could check the place out to try to make it more energy efficient, but that was no use. It doesn't even technically have a bedroom… so when my electric bill came out to over $500 for the month of January, I was pretty shocked. I talked around and people confirmed that electricity is just expensive here, so I took that at face value and decided that was just the way things would be (huge mistake). I have never had such a high electric bill before. I just moved to this location a year ago.
